I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel others should know about my experience. I went to Dr. Jennifer Pan because I was unhappy with my front tooth implant crown. She removed my original implant crown and replaced it with a temporary. While I prefer the shape of the temporary, it doesn’t match the color of my other teeth and is obviously not my final restoration. During my follow-up appointment, I asked whether the crown on my adjacent front tooth could simply be made a little smaller to better match the temporary and, ultimately, the permanent crown. I was simply asking whether it could be reshaped and what my options were. Dr. Pan replied, “I didn’t do that work, and I’m not going to do anything for free.” What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and communication. Patients deserve empathy, respect, and to be included in discussions about their own care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I moved to the area a year ago and needed a dentist for yearly cleaning of my full upper and lower implants. Dr. Pan has wonderful reviews, so I called and I am so glad I did. Turns out after ex-rays and exam, there were issues that only someone as incredibly knowledgeable and talented as Jennifer would be capable of correcting. She, along with assistant Tiffany, and Tamarra always put me at ease, answering my questions, and educating me along the way! I am very happy with my results!!

If you are contemplating having prosthodontics work done, please consider Dr. Jennifer M.Pan. The first time I met Dr. Pan, she and her incredible staff made me feel comfortable and unafraid. I was informed what my treatment would entail, the timeline and the cost. I am so happy with the end results! So, thank you to Tiffany, Lauren, Tamarra and Dr.Jennifer Pan. Jennifer,Tiffany, and Tamara are a wonderful team. Dr. Pan is best in class in all areas of service. It was a long journey, through extractions, implants and dentures, and everything was well explained, and well executed and on time and on budget. The finished product fits just right, and is aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend Jennifer and the team.

I have been a 12 year problem hybrid denture patient. I expect the dentist who made my hybrid denture must have secretly groaned every time I called his office to repair my broken teeth. I finally gave up and decided to "bite the bullet" (pun intended) and get a new set of teeth made that would be more reliable. It was then I discovered that one of the screws that attaches my denture to the implants was broken and would require specialized knowledge and skills to remove it. I was referred to Dr. Pan by another local dentist who described her as a specialist in dealing with problem cases. On my first visit we discussed all of my options and after a thorough review we decided on a course of action which was to design a new set of dentures that would be stronger than the original set and still utilize my existing implants for support. With a blend of the latest technology and her personal experience and insight, she and her very capable staff delivered an attractive, comfortable and functional set of teeth. My wife says they look entirely natural and unless I tell someone they are dentures, no one would ever know. Let me also say, Dr. Pan and her staff showed a genuine intere

Dr. Pan is an excellent Prosthodontist. She didn't shy away from giving me the hard facts. She was professional and precise. She wants excellence for her patients. Her assistant Tiffany is caring and wonderful to be around. She always explained everything along the way. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Pan and her team for your dental needs. Her desire for perfection is what you want and need.
